​Delivery Terms and Conditions​

• The delivery of items ordered from FreeFlow is conducted under the following terms: Courier Service by Third Parties - Econt

• Delivery Price:

       to Office Econt - 5.50 BGN 

       to Address - 7.50 BGN 

       Free delivery - over 75 BGN

• Orders are delivered either to a designated courier office or directly to the User’s address within the Republic of Bulgaria, unless otherwise specified on the website.​​

Shipping Costs

 

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

Order Confirmation and Communication

 

• Prior to dispatch, FreeFlow reserves the right to contact the User at the phone number provided to confirm order details and clarify any necessary delivery information.

 

​Responsibility and Accuracy of User Information​

 

• FreeFlow is not liable for unfulfilled orders if the User has supplied incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate details, including invalid or incomplete address or contact information.

Delivery Schedule​

 

• Standard delivery time is within 2-3 business days. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, FreeFlow reserves the right to extend the delivery period and will promptly notify the User of any changes.​

Processing Time for Orders​

 

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, processing times for each item may vary and will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery timing aligns with standard practices based on the chosen delivery method.​

Inspection Upon Delivery

 

• ​The User is required to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately. If no issues are reported, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objections.​
